Volta Consulting was established in 2023 to provide real solutions to real operational challenges. We work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and deliver practical, customized solutions aligned with their people, priorities, and business goals.

Volta Consulting helps organizations strengthen safety culture, improve operational performance, and develop confident field leaders. Led by Giorgio Grebaz—an accomplished HSE professional with more than 36 years of experience in both Operational and HSE fields —Volta Consulting provides operational and HSE analysis, practical consulting, leadership coaching, training, and program-development solutions tailored to each client’s operations.

Giorgio holds the CRSP, CHSC, P.GSC., and NCSO designations and is also a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter. His experience spans construction, mining, industrial, oil and gas, and commercial operations across Canada and the United States. Having conducted numerous analysis, created program definitions for each and managed the implementation of these programs. Giorgio has coached and mentored hundreds of supervisors, managers, and HSE professionals, he combines extensive field experience with a practical understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and operational challenges.
